REGISTRATION CHECKLIST

• 2026 FLYFCL Registration Form
• Copy of NYS School Health Examination Form (Exam dated 8/2/25 or after; MUST state “OK for full activity” and be signed and dated by a Dr.)
• Copy of Player’s Birth Certificate
• Proof of Grade (Ex. - report card, class placement letter, etc. - must include date and assigned grade level)
• Media Release 
• Volunteer Form
• Payment

Teams Are Determined by Grade

Flag Football: K - 2nd Grade (*See below)

C Team Football: 3rd & 4th Grade

B Team Football: 5th & 6th Grade

Flag Cheer: K - 2nd Grade

C Team Cheer: 3rd & 4th Grade

B Team Cheer: 5th & 6th Grade

A Team Cheer: 7th & 8th Grade

Cost

 Flag Football (K) - $75/player

Flag Football (1st/2nd) - $100/player

All Cheer Teams - $125/cheerleader

B and C Team Football - $150/player

$200 max/family

Outside of the Caz/DeRuyter School District: $200/sport; $250 Max/Family

*NEW THIS YEAR… There has been a change to our Flag Football program. Due to safety concerns and to better align with the majority of teams in our league, our Kindergarten Flag football players will become a developmental level only. They will continue to practice with the 1st/2nd graders, but will not participate in games. (However, we will be attempting to schedule a Kindergarten scrimmage or two. Most likely an intrasquad match, but possibly against another school who separates their Kindergartners.)
